KCET, an independent television station covering the southern and central California markets made the strategic choice to depart from PBS. As a result, it moved to a LEED® Gold certified, multi-tenant building also occupied by Disney and NBC studios, selecting an empty two-story space. This gave the television station the flexibility to customize the 55,000 square-foot location, designing the main offices, meeting spaces and hallways around a centrally-located recording studio.

Avenue 6 LED was the luminaire of choice for its suitability to integrate with drywall and grid ceilings, keeping continuity throughout the space and as the ceilings transition from white to black, emphasizing the various areas.
