Previously spread between two office buildings, Cushman & Wakefield brokers now collaborate in one location, a new sprawling 28,000 square-foot downtown Denver office. Selected for its premier view and proximity to downtown amenities, it was designed with the goal to provide an engaging client experience, one that begins the moment guests walk in. Sweeping views of the mountains greet staff and guests as they enter the bright and airy lobby. Glass walls and recessed luminaires were selected to eliminate visual clutter and add to the modern aesthetic.
