Breaking the mold for the real estate service industry by reimagining their office space and creating the next generation workplace, while staying attuned to local client needs, were the goals to designing this international real estate firm’s office. The journey begins as clients step off the elevator, greeted with spanning views of Denver - all the way to the Rocky Mountains. Entering the 26,000 square-foot open office environment, dark wood floors and bright white walls provide a neutral backdrop to the bold, colored furniture that mimics the hues of the landscape and allows visitors to focus on the 360-view.

Continuing to echo the local setting, Seem 4 suspended luminaires are mounted at 45-degree angles in the center of the office, imitating the street grid below. With its low-profile, Seem 4 provides an unobstructed view of the surroundings. Also housed in the center of the office is a Liquid Galaxy display which affords clients state-of-the-art views of buildings and nearby neighborhoods from one location rather than spending days driving around town. The enclosed spaces - individual desks, small focus rooms and large conference rooms - are outfitted with Seem 6 recessed luminaires in grid ceilings applications to lay flush with the ceiling plane, continuing to provide seamless views of the scenery.
