Arizona Lighting Sales' new 10,000-square-foot office in Tempe, Arizona, was designed to be more than a workplace. Created as a welcoming destination for architects, designers, and engineers, the space brings together architectural lighting, integrated acoustics, and flexible environments that encourage collaboration and connection.

Focal Point's Mora Build Wave adds movement, texture, and acoustic comfort to the open office, while Polina acoustic pendants provide indirect illumination and design flexibility in the multipurpose Lux Studio. Polina wall sconces extend the geometric design language into the open office with a colorful acoustic wall feature.

In the private offices, Lia Curve pendants introduce sculptural forms and an interplay of light and shadow, while Zephyr architectural troffers bring refined lighting to the break room. Together, these solutions create a cohesive environment that balances aesthetics, performance, and comfort while showcasing the possibilities of thoughtful lighting design.
