PDO designed a refined and welcoming new office space for Crest Insurance Group, a leading insurance agency in the Southwest. The interior architecture studio used warm tones and high-quality materials to create a sophisticated environment, reminiscent of a luxury hospitality space, for employees and customers.

The design team used decorative acoustical lighting throughout the space to create accent locations, ground collaborative areas, and help balance the need for privacy in open spaces. 

Lia Curve in various diameters and 12" and 18" heights anchors the break room, designed to feel like a high-end lounge. It is also a standout piece in the atrium room, where it illuminates the vintage mural depicting an Arizonian landscape and harmonizes with the rich blue accent colors.

The new office reinforces Crest’s high-end yet approachable culture, where both clients and employees feel valued and secure.

This project is recipient of a 2026 People & Projects to Know (PTK) award in Commercial Real Estate from AZ Big Media and was nominated among the Coolest Offices of 2025 by AZRE Magazine.
